Best Western Point South

We chose this hotel because of the many reviews about how clean the rooms were — and they were absolutely right. The room was spotless, including the floors. I walked around barefoot, and nothing stuck to my feet — no dust, no dirt. That really impressed me. We travel a lot, and this level of cleanliness is rare, even in many higher-rated hotels. The beds were comfortable, the linens were very clean, and we had a great night’s sleep. The grounds are green, quiet, and well-maintained. The front desk lady was friendly, had a great sense of humor, and remained welcoming even though we arrived late. It’s one of the best value-for-money hotels we’ve stayed at, especially with such easy access right off I-95 — no detour needed.

The staff and check in was very easy and the fresh cookies and coffee were terrific. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was good. It was very nice that they had a full service bar as well as the area for breakfast. PS.... If you want a terrific sitdown dinner, go to Harold's Country Club. Maybe a 10 minute drive and totally off beat and AMAZING!!! (FYI: the term "country club" is tonguge in cheek!) Food is only serviced Thurs., Fri, and Sat. nights.

this is not a 5 start hotel, but it certainly exceeded expectations in it's own category. I think for travelers driving up/down 95 this was best in class for an overnight stay. Front desk staff was very nice and accomodating for extra requests. Property was very clean, very safe, and comfortable. Front desk went out of its way to accomodate our pet. And I must say, pet fee was very reasonable. Also next mornings breakfast was better than most. We had warm scrambled eggs, make your own waffles, bacon, sausage on top of a typical continental breakfast. Coffee was really really good! Attention to small details impressed me. We received a courtesy call 10 minutes after checking into the room to make sure everything was in good working order. The room had a coffee maker with good coffee, ironing board and iron, safe, refridgerator, smart tv, and good linens. And it was very clean! Kudos to Karen and her trainer at the front desk. They were a pleasure to deal with. We will visit again.

Super nice and large rooms. New towels and a very luxurious bed. It was our most fancy best western so far!

The atmosphere, cleanliness, and all services were great. I truly like the book of my room and the decor. It was easy to get to. The breakfast was outstanding and servers were excellent.
